Product advantages
● Walking system: It adopts three-wheel low speed and full hydraulic drive, which can solve the problem of insufficient climbing ability, slipping and reduce costs.
● Suspension system: the rear wheel is an independent suspension support wheel. The right rear wheel can swing back inward to facilitate welt milling.
● Milling system: adopts hydraulic transmission, smooth and powerful milling; imported cutter heads ensure the service life of cutters.
● Milling depth control: The left and right rear legs can be adjusted up and down to allow wedge milling; a depth indicator is installed on the rear legs to display the milling depth. The equipment can be equipped with an automatic leveling system.
● Steering system: full hydraulic steering, with the characteristics of light and flexible operation.
● Sprinkler system: fan-shaped water nozzles spray water on the cutter head to cool the cutter and reduce dust spread during milling. The large capacity water tank can make the machine work uninterrupted for longer. Electric water pump, high-pressure spraying, the sprinkler is easy to disassemble and clean.
● Braking: There are two systems of service brake and parking brake.
● Illumination system: The machine is equipped with night work lights to facilitate night work.
● Driver's platform and instrument panel: seat front and rear adjustment; spacious operating platform; instrument panel and various control handles conform to the ergonomic design concept, comfortable operation and good vision.
● Hydraulic pick (optional): quick-change joint connection, which can realize road crushing.
