Product advantages
● Power system: It adopts advanced, mature and reliable SAIC Motor's new generation of four-valve 140 horsepower SC4H water-cooled engine with strong power and low fuel rate.
●Walking system: tire type, four-wheel all-wheel drive, hydraulic and mechanical drive mode, continuously variable speed, and has one driving gear and three working gears. The rear wheel is an independent suspended support wheel. The right rear wheel can swing back inward to facilitate welt milling.
● Steering system: full hydraulic front axle steering, with steering angle indication function; small steering radius, can be milled along the manhole cover.
● Milling system: adopts hydraulic and mechanical transmission method, which makes milling reliable and powerful; imported cutter heads ensure the service life of cutters; it has the function of slow rotation of the rotor for convenient tool change.
● Milling depth control: through the up and down adjustment of the left and right rear legs, wedge milling is allowed, with a two-speed depth control function; a depth indicator is installed on the rear legs to display the milling depth. The equipment can be equipped with an automatic leveling system.
● Conveying system: It has a fully enclosed conveyor belt, the maximum discharge height is 3.8 meters, it has the ability to swing around 30 degrees and adjust the discharge height.
● Ceiling: Hydraulic cylinder lifts and lowers the ceiling, electronically controlled height adjustment, which is more convenient for transportation.
● Sprinkler system: fan-shaped water nozzles spray water on the cutter head to cool the cutter and reduce dust spread during milling. The large capacity water tank can make the machine work uninterrupted for longer. Electric water pump, the sprinkler head is easy to disassemble and clean.
● Driver's platform and instrument panel: seat front and rear adjustment; spacious operating platform; instrument panel and various control handles conform to the ergonomic design concept, comfortable operation and good vision.
● Illumination system: The machine is equipped with night work lights to facilitate night work.
● Hydraulic pick (optional): quick-change joint connection, which can realize road crushing.
